As soon as your watch is sent to our Manufacture or to one of our repair centers, an individual file is created thanks to its unique serial number. This step is essential as it guarantees the follow-up and traceability of your watch. Your wishes and remarks will be registered in our system so that the watchmaker is clearly aware of them. A deep diagnosis to ascertain the nature of intervention is then realized, and a quote according to watchmakers' assessment is proposed.

After receiving your approval, the complete overhaul of the movement of your watch is planned and a delivery time frame will be given. The watchmaker begins with the uncasing of the watch to remove the movement. If a reconditioning of the watch case is required (and possible), it will return to our Case Manufacture where, thanks to their savoir-faire and laser techniques, scratches and marks can be removed.

The watchmaker fully disassembles the movement, replaces the worn components and proceeds with any necessary updates providing your movement with the latest technical evolutions.

The watchmaker will then place each component in Delrin® baskets especially conceived to avoid damages and scratches during the different washing and drying stages. This step allows the deep cleaning of the movement's components and remove particles or remaining lubricants.

The reassembly of our movement's components requires particular skills and know-how, which are acquired with specific trainings and several years of experience. This step is strictly monitored with precise processes of assembly and lubrication.

The perfect lubrication of your watch movement is critical. With specifically studied oils and grease, the watchmaker will drop off the right quantity of lubricant to ensure your movement functions perfectly and reduces the friction and the premature wear of components.

During the essential setting stage, the watchmaker will delicately adjust the regulating organ of the movement (balance wheel - balance spring) to ensure the optimal precision of the movement according to the high levels of our Manufacture standards.

If the case or buckle reconditioning is not desired, a delicate buffing may be performed. It is a light polishing of the surface that will revive the shine of the metal while respecting their angles and curves, without removing the present marks or scratches.

The water-resistant gaskets are replaced before the watchmaker re-cases the movement.Then, the water-resistance test can be performed.

The watchmaker finally entrusts the watch to quality control where functional inspections, settings and aesthetics checks are made according to precise processes and high level standards set by the Manufacture.
